How long does it take to set up your system ?

The first time takes a bit of getting used to.. each time after that gets faster and faster.

Do I need to set up a full website for this ?

No, this is addressed in the report. to use a domain or not. either way works fine.. I tend to lean towards using a domain though, the report explains why, but not needed.

Is software needed for your method and what would be the cost of this software if needed ?

No software is required, as explained in the report. Though software will speed up the process of course. I suggest doing it without the software first, if you do not already have any of my software products, so you get used to the sites and get to know and understand how they work. Which is always a good thing when using software dedicated to these sites. At this point, you'll understand the sites and software then be in a position to outsource all the work since you understand it etc etc

Is this specifically to get the jump on launches? Do the sites remain on these top spots or is it a case of a "quick kill" method?

As noted in the report itself. its great for getting a jump on new launches, but can be used and get exactly the same results using any products and long tailed keywords. This is explained in the report.

These sites have staying power. but in the case of new launches that will grow popular over time, this is also addressed in the report.

Does your method work with languages other than English. Or with other words, can my method benefit me helping local businesses achieving page 1 rankings (in Google)?

Heres the thing,
1. If your market uses google.com it will work and work very well. better than English sites.

2. If you can find equivalent sites that I recommend in the report in your language. I don't know what it is, but say in .de for example.
